CAREER SUMMARY
Denice is presently undertaking consulting projects having a well-founded experience in property research and development consultancy. A former Research Analyst and Consultant at Colliers Jardine Philippines, she is a team player with demonstrated competence in developing a network of well-placed contacts among assigned property market sectors.
She is presently retained by the Property Market Intelligence Ltd., Hong Kong.
Denice is also a licensed broker having passed the Philippine Real Estate Examination which she reviewed at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) held by the PMRB-Philippine Association of Realtors Board.
EDUCATION
Denice is a graduate of BS Commerce major in International Business from Assumption College (Makati City, Philippines) where she was also an academic scholar, a consistent Dean's lister and a recipient of the International Business Departmental Award for pursuing the course with scholarly zeal and distinction.

TELEVISION
Denice is the Philippine Representative for Media Affairs of Yahweh's New Covenant Assembly (YNCA), a non-stock, non-profit religious organization based in Kingdom City, Missouri, U.S.A. YNCA aims to reach the people around the world with the message of the revealed personal Names of Yahweh and His Son Yahshua the Messiah, as well as re-teaching the salvation truths that have been neglected for centuries.
In this role she is responsible for having its television program "YNCA's Back to the Truth" aired in Philippine television and taking charge of the media affairs in respect of its broadcast.
The show has been airing largely in cable access television stations in the United States over the last three years. Hosted by YNCA Directing Elder Donald R. Mansager, this half-hour religious and educational program features a series of solid, Biblical teachings of the Heavenly Father Yahweh's Word, stimulating Scriptural messages, discussions and Q&A.The show may now be seen initially in Metro Manila every Saturday at 2:00 to 2:30 p.m. on Destiny Cable's ICS-TV.
FREELANCE WRITING
Denice is a published writer who co-authored for books providing fundamental advise on doing business in the Philippines, including the Asia Pacific Business Guide 1996 and 1997 editions (McGraw-Hill International, Ltd.) and the ULI-Pacific Rim Market Profiles-Metropolitan Manila 1996 edition (Urban Land Institute, Washington D.C.).
Some of her business and literary articles also appeared in several major magazines including Lifestyle Asia, The Philippine Real Estate Magazine, Men's Zone, In Power and The SELF (Self Enhancement for Life Foundation) Journal.

Denice is a recipient of several institutional and civic awards due to her varied roles and accomplishments in business, media and community involvement. They include
